Each day presents new challenges. Electrical problems. Mechanical issues. Rebuilds. Yes, these are the "challenges" that produce headaches. The kind of headaches that "over-the-counter" can't help. Doesn't mean there isn't a solution, though — like they say, "Challenges are opportunities." We've serviced Strausak machines for almost 20 years on 2 or 3 continents. Been there, done that. We feel comfortable walking onto any floor and diagnosing a Strausak machine, no matter what the indicators are. It's no small wonder then, that we can honestly say your challenges are our opportunities.
But please don't think that 30 years in the machine tooling industry has us jaded. Or riding a high horse.
